SPA OPENING HOURS

- Aqua-Sensory course 10h00 – 13h30 / 14h30 – 19h45.
- Cardio-training area with free access 09h45 – 19h45.
- Care and activities on reservation.
The management reserves the right to modify the schedules or to temporarily close the Spa without compensation or damage being claimed.
Aqua-Sensorial Space: for security reasons, the management reserves the right to refuse entry to external customers on busy days.

RENDEZ-VOUS
We advise you to arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of your session, in order to prepare yourself in a relaxed atmosphere.
If you arrive late, we will be obliged to count the time of delay in the time of the service. Thank you for your understanding. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations after this date or unjustified absences from appointments will be fully charged.
Access to the Aqua-Sensory area is offered as a complement to care. In order to make the most of this space dedicated to relaxation and letting go, we invite you to come and visit us about
1h30 before your treatment.
Your moment of relaxation and well-being at the spa
ON YOUR ARRIVAL
We provide you with a bathrobe, bath sandals and a towel. Lockers are waiting for you in the lockers. We recommend that you remove your jewellery and
accessories. The spa is not responsible for the loss or theft of your personal belongings.
Wearing a swimsuit (authorized swim shorts) is mandatory throughout the Aqua-Sensory, hammam and sauna area. The sauna and hammam are mixed.
We advise you to remove your make-up before the treatment. For some treatments, we will provide you with appropriate underwear. During the massage, the resting parts of the body are covered with a sheet or towel.
Remember to moisturize well beforehand with a treatment, or during a sauna or hammam, by drinking water or tea.
Good hydration helps your body to get the most out of the detoxifying effects of our treatments. Avoid eating a heavy meal less than an hour before the start of your treatment.
DURING THE CARE
Relaxing music, beneficial oils and a pleasant room temperature guarantee your well-being. Let your spa practitioner know your wishes and expectations.
The massages practiced by our spa practitioners are treatments of well-being and comfort, without therapeutic, medical or ambiguous aims of any kind and cannot be associated with
physiotherapy services.
Please inform our staff if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart problems, or are subject to any other health problems.
DON’T FORGET….
The spaces of Spa Le Splendid are havens of peace and relaxation for body and mind. In order to guarantee a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask you to respect the
silence and turn off your mobile phone. Smoking is prohibited in all spa areas.
Our terms and conditions
CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
The Aqua-Sensory area is accessible to minors (under 18 years old). A time slot for access to the large pool is dedicated to them, under the supervision of parents (1 for 2): 10h00 – 11h30 // 15h00 – 16h30 (hammam and sauna prohibited to children). Only minors over 15 years of age may access care, accompanied by an adult in the cabin. The cardio-training room is accessible to anyone over 18 years of age. It is mandatory to wear sports clothing and shoes. Changing rooms are at your disposal. A diaper is mandatory for very young children. An identity card will be required for all minors.
GIFT GOOD
Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase, and are non-refundable.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your credit card number will be required to book your treatment.
CANCELLATION
For any cancellation within 24 hours, the treatments will be invoiced to you (from the credit card number specified at the time of booking) or deducted from the Gift Invitation or Subscription.
